Tournaments & Competitions

Our Tournaments & Competitions program gives students the opportunity to test their skills, build confidence, and gain valuable experience in a supportive and exciting setting. We typically attend tournaments and competitions twice a year, welcoming students of different ages and skill levels to participate.

Competition Opportunities

Forms (Poomsae): Students demonstrate their forms, focusing on technique, balance, power, and control.

Board Breaking: Competitors showcase accuracy, strength, and focus through a variety of board breaking techniques.

Sparring: Sparring events allow students to practice timing, control, and strategy in a safe, rule-based environment.

Demo Team: Demo Team members train specifically for performance-based competition, combining advanced skills, teamwork, and choreography.

Benefits of Competing

Participating in tournaments helps students build confidence, goal-setting skills, sportsmanship, and resilience—both on and off the mat.
